  2. Quake II ThreeWave Capture the Flag

  5. Capture the Flag offers an exciting variation on team play. It gives more
  6. meaning to base defense along with offensive positioning and organized strikes.
  7.  
  8. The basic premise is this:
  9.  
  10. Attack the enemy base, grab their flag, then take it back to your base. In this
  11. variation you must touch your base flag when carrying the enemy flag in order
  12. to score - if your flag isn't at your base when you return, you or your team
  13. must get it back to gain points and captures.

  15. Quick Setup

  18. The install program places a Quake2 CTF Icon on your desktop by default, but
  19. people who wish to do it manually must run Quake2 with the +set game ctf
  20. option, like so:

  22.         quake2 +set game ctf
  23.  
  24. Then connect to a CTF server.
